I have run a private practice since January 2000 and specialize in women's nutrition in midlife.
It is my mission to empower my clients to nourish their unique and changing bodies while healing their relationship with food.
I have helped hundreds of women to feel confident with their food choices and to feel at peace with food and their body. I do this by combining current nutrition advice, stress management techniques, and mindset strategies in a holistic framework.
